R5 Reservation via Invitation Doc not Removed from 'Waiting for Approval' View after Owner Accepts

Technote Number: 1098699

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering, and was addressed in
Domino 5.0.9 Server.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 5.0.9 MR fix list (available at
http://www.notes.net):

Calendaring & Scheduling - Room - Resource Reservations
SPR# APAI45WPN7 - Fixed a problem which occurred after a reservation had been
approved, by an authorized approver. The reservation continued to be displayed
in the "Waiting for approval" view. NOTE: This works fine when manually
creating the reservation in the Resource Reservations dB.

Note: This functionality works correctly when you manually create the
reservation directly in the Resource Reservation database rather than booking
the reservation when in the meeting invitation.Supporting Information:

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Create a Room in the Resource Reservation database (which uses the R5
reservation template, "Std50ResourceReservation") that requires an Approver.
2. Have a user create a reservation in their mail file that includes the newly
created room.
3. Switch to the Notes ID of the Approver (The person who is listed in the
Resource Reservation database as the owner of the resource is the approver).
You will see the Request for Approval.
4. You as the owner will receive an email with a doclink to the request. Click
the doclink.
5. Approve the request.
6. Go to the 'Waiting for Approval' view in the Resource Reservation database.
Note that the request is in the view.
7. At this point, if you open it again and approve it, you will be brought back
to the 'Waiting for Approval' view. It looks as though the document is gone,
but if you refresh by pressing F9, it will reappear.
